Acima Real Estate, established in 2021 as the real estate division of Acima Corporation, a translation and interpretation service provider founded in 2007, specializes in brokering high-end properties in central urban areas, primarily in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, as well as single-family homes and condominium sales in Tokyo. At Acima Real Estate, we strive to be the "ideal real estate agency" from a customer's perspective, based on our own experiences.

Hi, I'm Yuta Suzuki, and I was born in Tokyo. I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2008 (known as a Real Estate Transaction Specialist in Japan, formerly known as a Real Estate Transaction Manager).

In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and jogging (although I haven't had much time for the latter lately). I have a Chihuahua-Maltese mix named Ichiro, whom I named after my childhood baseball hero, Ichiro Suzuki. When I have spare time, I like to take Ichiro for a stroll in Yoyogi Park, but if I'm short on time, I walk around the Nishiazabu neighborhood where I live.

While I love cooking, I also enjoy dining out. I have a particular weakness for sushi and yakitori that I can't make myself. To that end, I try to explore as many highly recommended restaurants as possible, ranging from high-end establishments to more affordable ones.
